After the duo ignored the summons for interrogation, NIA reached Bhupatinagar early Saturday morning and detained them. Whereas they have been coming again, a gaggle of native villagers stopped the car and demanded the discharge of the duo.
Because the NIA official refused, a gaggle of over 100 people attacked the car and smashed its glass. Two NIA officers reportedly obtained minor accidents.
Nonetheless, they managed to get out of the spot and attain the native police station. There they’ve began the method of registering an FIR within the matter.
Because the time NIA began a full-fledged investigation into the matter, Trinamool Congress management had described the event as a deliberate transfer by BJP and Central authorities to focus on the TMC leaders.
