Moscow, April 5 (IANS) Governor of Russia’s Murmansk area Andrei Chibis was stabbed within the abdomen after a gathering within the city of Apatity on Thursday.
Chibis was hospitalized and the attacker was detained, Russian media reported.
In accordance with the governor’s spokesperson, the assault occurred all of the sudden and the perpetrator didn’t make any calls for or shout any slogans. He was rapidly apprehended by a Russian Nationwide Guard (Rosgvardiya) officer.
Chibis, who was presently within the working room, managed to get to the automobile on his personal after the assault.
